One of the most important things about good content is that it is educational. That’s how you will connect with your audience, you are the expert and it doesn’t hurt to teach your audience about your product.  Another good tip for good content isn’t so much as talking about your company in a “we” format but talking to your audience. Using “you” is a great way to get their attention and help them not feel ignored.
